1. Bottle Rinser
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° Along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
Rinsing machine adopts JST original and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° Angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.

2. Water bottle filling detail :
Bottle suitable size can be from 250ml - 2000ml.
Different bottle size ,we will make different exchanged spare patrs for you .
The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within ± 2mm (subject to bottle design). The filling valve material is SUS304. The filling system has liquid level automatic control. Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it start to fill. Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.

Flat conveyor
1.Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and
engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, with compact structure, low noise, easy assembling and maintaining, good flexibility to combine the
bottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control
method , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improve
the conveying stability

Working Process:
Bottles are fed from air conveyor into three-in-one rinsing machine via star-wheel. Bottle clamp installed on the rotary wheel of the rinsing machine will grip bottle mouth and make 180º turn along a guide track to face the bottle mouth downward.
In designated section of the rinsing machine rinsing water will jet out from special nozzles to flush bottle inside wall. After rinsing and dripping, bottles gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up.
Cleaned bottles are moved out of the rinsing machine by star-wheel. After entering the fill area, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.
Filling is completed by gravity. The material filled into the bottle through filling valve. The bottle goes down and leaves valve to capping machine via neck handling star-wheel.
Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the neck of bottle to prevent it from rotation and hold it in up-right. The twist-on capping head will make revolving and rotating movement along with the machine to finish the complete capping process of cap picking, placing, twisting and disengaging under the control of a cam.

After equipments reached the workshop of customer, place the equipments according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipments installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipments reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and 80 USD per day as the salary for one engineer.

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipments, control and operation of equipments. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
